***
It’s one week already I’m back in England…and since I came back I didn’t have a moment to breath!!!

At work we have so much to do, and my boss gives me things that for me are still difficult to do. My brain explodes, and the tension is high, but he supports me and doesn’t let me to give up.

It’s so nice when a boss treats you like this. When he says: “Come on Laura! (be brave!)” in my mother tongue…he seems closer, it seems more encouraging!!! And I want to show him that I’ll make it. That all the help he’s giving me it will one day be given back… and for this reason the tension is even higher. After a few months working full time I start seeing some “flashes”, I start understanding better how things work. …but there is still a lot to learn. And some times I’m too impatience, and then I get lost in a labyrinth.

Luckily there is the boss who gives me his hand, ready to take me back on the right path…and then he even compliments me, like I made it all on my own.

Some days I’m a bit discouraged, because I’d like to give more. I’d like to work with more precision and speed. Many other days I’m really satisfied of how I worked.

In these pictures you can see Pistoia, a city not far from Prato. I went there for a full day, while I was in Italy. I needed one day of break and pause from all my “duties” of return.
…ci voleva un giorno così!! Mi ha rigenerata!! Buon fine settimana a tutti!!!

…I really needed a day like that!! It gave me back energy!! Have a nice weekend!!!
It sounds like you have a wonderful boss! He motivates you and believes in you! So many people would love a boss like that, and even though the work is difficult, you are learning and stretching your mind! Be patient with yourself and you will be in a higher position some day, but don’t wear yourself out in the process!!
Your photos are wonderful and they make me want to visit Italy once again. And, you look fantastic!! xo
Hi Judy!
Thank you a lot for your kind words!
I’m really lucky for having such a nice boss! I know I need to be patience and take all the steps necessary to learn as much as I can. I’ll try my best.
Do visit Italy! It’s such a nice county! 🙂
Ciao Laura!!
È un onore ricevere un tuo commento, sai?!
…ormai sei una scrittrice famosa!! E i tuoi pensieri sempre da ascoltare!
