Last Sunday I was invited to a Sardinian lunch!! …obviously they cooked the famous grilled little pigs!!! The sight of them impaled in the spit, makes a disgusting impression…but the taste is really delicious!!!

These Wurstel-Fingers it’s one of the dishes I cooked for Halloween night!! I cooked coloured Waffel, too: I used food dye, and coloured them in red and black… they were really scary…but the taste was always the same!! I’m sorry, but I didn’t take a photo, because I was really busy with cooking and eating them…and I forgot to take one!!
i don’t think i can eat the piggies…but i know they must be so delicious. when my bro went to southern china a long time ago, when they first opened the country to outsiders, he took some photos of dogs being cooked, just like those in your photos. tt made me avoid china for many many years because i imagined tt i would see such things anywhere in china but thank God i haven’t seen any in all my trips there.
They’re really delicious…even if it’s really sad to see them cooked like that!!
Fortunately I don’t live in Sardinia…and don’t have to see these things!!
I cannot imagine dogs cooked like that!! …atrocious!!
