Ciao a tutti!! Le cose stanno procedendo bene: lavoro tanto, piano piano mi sto adattando al nuovo modo di lavorare …e sto “addomesticando” i nuovi colleghi che adesso mi salutano e sorridono quando mi vedono! Sono di nuovo alla biblioteca, ma purtroppo non ho molto tempo, perchè ho lavorato fino alle 14. Sono tornata a casa, pranzato, fatto la doccia, e tornata di nuovo a Cambridge per collegarmi a internet!! ..e tra pochi minuti chiuderanno la biblioteca!!

Ciao everybody!! Things are going fine: I work a lot, step by step I’m adjusting at the new way of working…and I am “domesticating” my new colleagues who now greet and smile at me when I meet them! I am back in the Library, but I don’t have much free time, from the moment I worked until 2 pm. I went back home, had my lunch, had a shower, and I came back to Cambridge to connect to internet!! ..and in a few minutes they’re going to shut the Library down!!
Vi metto una galleria di immagini di un paesino chiamato “Hemingford Grey” che è vicino alla mia casa. Queste foto le ho fatte quando ancora non abitavo qua…uno dei fine settimana che sono venuta a visitare John! E’ un paese molto bello, dove porterò gli amici che verranno a trovarmi a fare un giro! Mi dispiace non avere molto tempo da dedicarvi…abbiate pazienza, quando avrò internet a casa sarà tutto più facile! Buona serata a tutti e a presto.

I upload a gallery of pictures of a little town called “Hemingford Grey”, that is close to my home. I took these pictures when I wasn’t living here yet…one of the week-ends I came to visit John! It’s a nice town, and I’ll bring friend who will come to visit me here to walk around! Your photos of Hemingford Grey are enchanting. I love the homes and the cats on the roof but especially the lending library in the British phone booth. You know my daughter Anne has a little lending library on her front lawn in Ohio. I’m totally jealous!
