GIARDINO PUCCINI - PUCCINI GARDEN

Sono un po’ indaffarata in questi giorni, per la preparazione di oggetti da vendere ad un mercatino che si terra’ domenica, nel mio quartiere qua a Prato! …ovviamente, dato che sono qua, vedro’ di vendere alcuni dei miei oggetti!!

I’m a bit busy in these last days, preparing lot of things to sell at a Fair next Sunday, in my neighbourhood here in Prato! …obviously, because I’m here, I’ll try to sell some of my items!!

Domenica scorsa sono stata con i miei genitori e il mio nipotino Elia a fare un giretto al Giardino di Villa Puccini a Pistoia. E’ un bel posto per fare una passeggiata. …e poco vicino c’e’ una delle gelaterie migliori da queste parti (Gelateria Monterosa). …dopo la passeggiata infatti, abbiamo mangiato anche il gelato!

Last Sunday I went with my parents and my little nephew Elia at Villa Puccini Garden in Pistoia. It’s a nice place for a walk. …and not far from there, there is one of the best Ice-Cream shop around here (Gelateria Monterosa). …after the walk, we ate an ice-cream, too!

Nel parco ci sono tante papere, oche, piccioni, e il lago e’ pieno di tartarughe e pesci dalle bocche impressionanti! Sembrano balene! …come ho detto a mio nipote Elia, le papere di quel parco sono quasi tutte delle specie di “supereroi”, perche’ indossano queste strane maschere rosse!!

In the park there are lot of ducks, geese, pigeons, the lake is full of turtles and fishes with really impressive mouths! They seem wales! …as I told to my nephew Elia, the ducks that live in that park are all a kind of  “superhero”, because they all wear those strange red masks!!

Bisogna stare attenti se si mangia la merenda nel parco: le oche e le papere si arrabbiano se non dai loro almeno alcune briciole!!

You need to be very careful if you eat your snack in the park: ducks and geese get angry if you don’t give them at least some crumbles!!

Il mio babbo ha dovuto “proteggere” Elia mentre mangiava la sua merenda!!

My dad had to “protect” Elia while he was eating his snack!!

Vi potero’ presto con me a fare un’altra piccola passeggiata sempre qua nei dintorni! …devo solo trovare un pochino di tempo tra un gomitolo e l’altro!!

I’m going to take you for another little walk around here really soon! …I’ve just got to find a bit of time among the balls of wool!!
